Building a “World-Scale” Critical Mineral Resource Company
THE WORLD NEEDS MORE MINERALS
With a compliant resource of 182 million tonnes of iron and 2.45 billion pounds of vanadium, PRISM plans to use established process technologies to bring its large critical mineral base into commercial production. Metals produced are sold as high-value atomized and carbonyl iron powders, critical metals (vanadium, lithium, cobalt), and aggregates. Using environmentally-friendly manufacturing methods, PRISM plans to become a leading supplier of strategic metals to meet increasing global demand.
PRISM's strategic mineral resource is located at Clear Hills, approximately 500 km northwest of Edmonton, Alberta with existing infrastructure and access to the region's major industrial heartland.
LITHIUM: In early 2018, PRISM, recognized the growing importance of lithium in the global economy. PRISM acquired large tracts of permits overlying the well developed Devonian reef reservoirs. These permits overlie significant aquifers with the potential to produce large volumes of lithium-bearing formation brine. PRISM is one of the largest contigious mineral tenure holders in the province of Alberta.
PRISM has spent several years extensively developing these resources and plans to enter the commercialization stage with preliminary economic assessments and feasibility studies planned for atomized and carbonyl iron powders and electric metals (vanadium and lithium), with production operations anticipated for 2024.
