Carl Berdahl
CHAIRMAN
Founder of Prism Diversified in 2008. Commencing in 2017, Carl assembled the current team to commercially develop Prism’s world-scale critical minerals portfolio. Mr. Berdahl has over 35 years of executive leadership in oil, gas, silver derivatives market utilizing option strategies. Carl holds a Masters Degree in Cognition and Counselling and served as Dean at Portage College for 7 years where he led and administered the academic department serving 14 communities with 67 staff and 750 students with an annual budget of $20 million.
John Merritt
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
As CEO John brings 35 years of managerial and entrepreneurial experience including founding companies across three sectors. John also worked within capital markets with Evolution Group in London, UK and prior to that at Cisco Systems. A planning and operations expert he holds an MBA (Management of Technology) from Bayes Business School and has PMP and Lean Six Sigma™ certifications.
John also served as captain in the UK’s military and played pro-level rugby.

Executive experience in deal structuring with international companies and global transactions in EU and Asian markets.
Nathan Hansen
CHIEF BUSINESS OFFICER
Over 35 years experience in capital markets and capital formation ventures.
Nathan is an accomplished junior capital markets executive with demonstrated success in value creation.
Nathan’s previous experience includes successfully restructuring, recapitalizing and reorganizing entities in the waste management sector.
